Aug. 2023 Company established by Motoyasu Sato(CEO) and Atsuo Iiyoshi(Chairman).

Oct. 2024 Hirohisa Takano (COO), Masaru Oka (CTO), Yasushi Kino (CSO), and Aki Fujita (CFO) joined the executive team.

Dec. 2024 Completed the first capital increase.

Mar. 2026 – Present Participated in the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) Moonshot Research and Development Program, focusing on the "Social Implementation of Innovative Muon-Catalyzed Fusion Technology" (with CTO Masaru Oka participating).
